Straight answers before you sign up

Is browsing really free?

Yes. Creating an account and browsing cost nothing. You can scroll the live job feed, filter by trade, distance, and phase, and build out your business profile without paying. You subscribe only when you are ready to post, bid, or connect.

What can free accounts do versus paid?

Free accounts browse the feed and build a profile. A membership unlocks the parts that put you to work: posting jobs, requesting to bid, submitting bids, building networks, and per-job messaging. Same $39 membership whether you are a GC or a sub.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then and you are not charged again.

Do subs pay per lead?

No. There are no lead fees on SubHub Pro. Subs pay the same flat $39 a month as GCs and can request to bid on as many jobs as they want.

Is SubHub Pro a party to the contracts between members?

No. SubHub Pro is a venue only. We connect GCs and subs, but any contract, bid, or payment is strictly between the members involved. The details are in our Terms of Service.
