• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect location data to match you with nearby projects and contractors. You can disable location services in your device settings at any time.
• Camera & Photos: With your permission, we access your camera and photo library to allow you to upload project photos, documents, and profile images.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device token to deliver alerts about bids, messages, and project updates.

• To create and manage your account.
• To match Subcontractors with General Contractors and connect Homeowners with qualified professionals.
• To process payments, payouts, and subscription billing.
• To send transactional communications (bid notifications, payment confirmations, project updates).
• To send push notifications about activity relevant to your account (you can opt out in your device settings).
• To provide customer support.
• To improve and optimize the platform.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With Other Users: When you submit a bid, your relevant profile information is visible to the project owner. Homeowners can see contractor profiles and reviews.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Twilio — SMS notifications
  • Expo — push notification delivery

4. Data Retention
